Frequently asked questions
Quick answers about using LicensePrepHub, access, and study workspaces.
What is LicensePrepHub?
LicensePrepHub is a structured study platform for professional licensure preparation. It combines practice exams, clinical cases, flashcards, focused review, study plans, and progress insight within a selected curriculum.
Can I try the platform before subscribing?
Yes. The Trial plan is intended to provide a short full-access evaluation for one learner. When the trial ends, access to its curriculum ends until an eligible subscription is active.
Can one subscription access multiple curricula?
No. Single, Professional, and Team subscriptions are tied to one curriculum. This keeps study content, memberships, and workspaces clearly separated. Platform Administrators may access all curricula for maintenance.
What is a workspace?
A workspace is a group within one curriculum. A workspace can include multiple members when the subscription has available seats. Each student can belong to one active workspace at a time.
Who can invite workspace members?
Workspace Administrators manage their purchased seats and may invite members. They may also designate invited members as Workspace Instructors, who can help invite members while seats remain available. These roles do not grant permission to create curriculum content.
Who can create or publish curriculum content?
Platform Administrators and Curriculum Administrators maintain content. Curriculum Administrators can curate and study within the curriculum they were assigned; Platform Administrators can maintain the entire platform.
How do I get help with a technical, billing, or content issue?
Use the Contact Support page. Include the curriculum and the case, question, or page involved when relevant, but do not include passwords, payment-card data, patient information, or protected health information.
